A practical guide to navigating the Jipema series, choosing your first session, and understanding how the three tracks connect.

Before you pick a track, read this.

The Jipema series is organized into three tracks: Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery. Each track has four sessions. They can be followed independently or together. Most participants find that the tracks reinforce each other when followed in parallel, but there is no required sequence.

This page explains the two main entry points, what to expect from the format, and how to register for upcoming live sessions or access recordings.

Path A: Follow the Suggested Sequence

If you prefer a structured path, we suggest starting with the foundation session of each track in order: M-01, N-01, then R-01. These three opening sessions give you the conceptual framework for all three tracks before you go deeper into any one area. From there, proceed through each track's remaining sessions at your own pace.

Path B: Start with Your Most Relevant Track

If one topic area is more immediately relevant to where you are in life, starting with that track's foundation session is entirely reasonable. Each foundation session is designed to be self-contained. You can always return to the other tracks later. The Workshop Library descriptions will help you identify which track aligns with your current interests.

The session format, explained

Presentation Segment

Each session opens with a structured presentation covering the topic's research context, the mechanisms involved, and how the topic plays out differently across age groups. Typically 40 to 55 minutes.

Discussion Segment

A facilitated discussion follows the presentation. This segment often surfaces the most practically relevant connections to the material, as participants bring their own contexts to the conversation.

Live Q&A

Live sessions close with open Q&A. This is the format's most dynamic element. Questions from participants regularly redirect the conversation in directions the presentation did not cover.

Session Notes

All registered participants receive session notes after each webinar. These cover the core research points and the key questions that emerged during discussion, not a word-for-word transcript.

How to register for sessions

Registration for upcoming live sessions and access to existing recordings is handled through our contact form. Reach out with the sessions you are interested in and we will send registration details and scheduling information.
